MSB AGM January 26th 8.30pm


The MSB Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on:


DATE: Monday 26th January 2026


TIME: 8.30pm


VENUE: Castleknock Hotel


All members are welcome to attend. Members aged 16 years and older are eligible to vote on the night. This is a great opportunity to hear about the club's progress and achievements over the past 12 months.


MSB now has over 800 members, making us one of the biggest clubs in the country. We cater for all age groups and performance levels across more events than ever before.


All those involved in the running of our club are volunteers and we could not continue to operate without those volunteers giving so generously of their time. To continue growing, we need support in areas such as Event Planning, Communications, Website Management, Club Photography, Finance, Grant Applications, Mediation, IT, Child Protection, Health & Safety, Facilities Maintenance and Legal matters. If you have skills in any of these areas and can offer some of your time, we encourage you to get involved.


Opportunities are available to get involved on a regular basis through joining the MSB Executive Committee or to volunteer for the various Sub Committees throughout the year. Alternatively, contact the club by email at msbathleticsclub@gmail.com to advise us of your special skills and interest in helping out with relevant special projects.

Any member interested in joining the Executive Committee must express their interest by completing a Nomination Form (available to download on this link)



and email the scanned/photographed form to the club email at msbathleticsclub@gmail.com on or before Thursday 15th January, 2026*.

Motions to Amend the Constitution


Any member wishing to forward a motion to amend the constitution must submit it by email to msbathleticsclub@gmail.com by Thursday 15th January 2026**.


** No motions will be accepted after this date


You can ask questions in advance by emailing your questions to msbathleticsclub@gmail.com We will seek to answer as many questions as possible on the evening time permitting.
