The Irish Runner 10 Mile race took place in the picturesque Phoenix Park on Sunday, 23rd July 2023 in unseasonally damp conditions. Despite the weather the event attracted a large number of participants from across the country, all eager to challenge themselves on the scenic but challenging course.
MSB were out in force again for this race with 6 of our athletes lining out. The top performers for MSB in the Male 40s category showcased their exceptional endurance and speed.
Frank HAGUE proved to be the standout performer, completing the 10-mile course in an impressive time PB of 00:59:30. Close behind was training partner Paul FARRELL, crossing the finish line in an equally impressive 01:02:48.
Frank and Paul were followed by Wesley NOLAN with a superb time of 01:05:27.
Len KELLEHER demonstrated his strength and determination in the Male 35s category, finishing the race in 01:06:01 with another determined racing display in 2023.
Denis LALLY demonstrated his resilience and dedication in the Male 50s category, crossing the finish line in 01:13:48 to cap a fine performance.
Padraig KEANE showcased his commitment and perseverance in the Male 45s category, completing the race in an excellent time 01:20:56.
